Mode of Payment
The payments shall be made by Net banking or UPI based on your comfort.

Booking A Slot
For Pre-registration, You will be required to make the payment of the consult fee to confirm and secure your appointment slot for the first session.
Payments for regular or follow up sessions can be made before the day of the appointment.

Cancellation & Refunds
If for any reason you wouldn’t be able to make it to the appointment, please let us know about the cancellation at the earliest, preferably at least a day prior to our marked slot. We will then help you find another slot and reschedule as needed.
For last minute cancellations (less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled slot), a nominal cancellation fee of INR 400 shall be charged. This is because when we mark a slot the said time will be reserved for you. Upon last minute cancellations, we will be unable to lend the slot to someone else in need. This is a common practice followed in established mental health firms to ensure consistency and to encourage commitment to the process.
For cancellations made upon prior notice (24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment) any payment made in advance shall be fully returned the same day.
